TBI Clubhouse Pilot

PROVAIL has been contracted to develop a TBI Clubhouse pilot site in Seattle, Washington. TBI Clubhouse is a work ordered day program open to survivors of a traumatic brain injury who are 18 years and older. Clubhouse activities and work will be determined by the Clubhouse members. The goal of the TBI Clubhouse is the help TBI survivors reintegrate into their community after sustaining a traumatic brain injury.
